Clear rental information before you book.
A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is successfully completed and a booking reference is issued. The website currently collects a 20% deposit through secure online checkout. The remaining balance is shown before payment and is payable according to the booking confirmation, normally at vehicle collection.
Rental days are calculated in 24-hour periods. A partial additional day may be charged as a full rental day. The price shown before checkout includes the selected vehicle group, selected cover and priced extras.
The main driver and any additional driver must present a valid physical driving licence. A passport or national identity card may also be required. An International Driving Permit may be required depending on the country that issued the licence.
Eligibility and any age-related conditions depend on the vehicle group and the driver’s age. Where additional approval or a surcharge is required, it must be confirmed before collection.
Reservations are for a vehicle group or similar. A specific make, model, colour or registration number is not guaranteed.
Basic Insurance (CDW) uses the refundable security deposit shown for the selected vehicle group. If Premium Excess Coverage is selected, its daily price is shown before payment and the refundable security deposit is €150. These security deposits are separate from the rental price and from the 20% booking deposit.
For Basic Insurance (CDW), the refundable security deposit is the amount displayed for the selected vehicle group. For Premium Excess Coverage, the refundable security deposit is €150. The applicable amount is held as a guarantee for possible traffic or parking fines and loss of the vehicle key. If no such charges apply, it is returned/released after the vehicle is returned.
The fuel policy is Same-to-Same. Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at collection. Missing fuel may be charged together with any applicable refuelling cost.
The website advertises free mileage for the listed rental groups. The vehicle must be used in accordance with the rental agreement, traffic law and any road or geographic restrictions provided at collection.
Additional driver, child seat and booster seat are charged at the price shown in the booking process. Extras are subject to availability.
Provide your flight number whenever possible. If your arrival changes significantly, update it through My Booking or contact the local team. Opening-hours or late-arrival arrangements may need confirmation.
Use My Booking to send a change or cancellation request. A request is not automatically confirmed and does not automatically create a refund. Availability, revised price and any cancellation or refund conditions are confirmed by our team before the change takes effect.
The renter remains responsible for traffic fines, parking charges, tolls, misuse, negligence and other charges that are not covered by the selected protection or are excluded by the rental agreement.
